Rebecca partners with community benefit (nonprofit) organizations, businesses and communities on an intentional exploration that starts with BEing first, then the DOing. She creates and holds the spaces for individuals, organizations, and communities to step into and consider what is possible. It starts with getting to know each other better, honoring the power of relationships, and valuing every individual. Fear not, there’s plenty of “DOing“/ the WHAT, WHEN and HOW when you partner with Rebecca. The journey starts with getting crystal clear about “BEing“/the WHY.

Rebecca is a change catalyst, community builder and storyteller. With a joyful and passionate approach to her life and work, Rebecca is grateful for the opportunities to partner with boards, staff, and engaged community members to aim for, and achieve, what is possible when individuals believe it is their responsibility to co-create a better future.

As a Creating the Future Fellow, Faculty and Co-Leader, Rebecca is part of a growing collection of people around the world, supporting each other in a grand experiment. The experiment: To determine how much better the world could be if the questions we ask in our day to day lives are bringing out the best in each other.

Creating the Future envisions communities where people are living well, individually and collectively. That future is possible, simply because it is not impossible. To accomplish that, Creating the Future’s ten year mission is to change the questions embedded in the day-to-day work of individuals and organizations, so everyone naturally brings out the best in each other and in our world. These thought frameworks and a simple, yet oh-so-powerful, approach are at Rebecca’s core and infused into her conversations, reflections, and actions. It is what you’ll feel as her thought partner and co-creator.
